Thank you for supporting Gamerz Dojo Foundation. All proceeds from sales, donations, and sponsorships support our nonprofit mission, programs, events, youth initiatives, education, and community outreach.

Business Hours

Our regular business hours are:

Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

Orders are processed during regular business hours only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM MST.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST may begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST on a Friday or Holiday, will begin processing on the following Monday, or business day after holiday.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 24 hours during regular business days.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination state, shipping zone, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable. Rates may vary based on the shipping destination, package size, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Gamerz Dojo Foundation is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to process orders quickly, shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, inventory availability, or circumstances outside of our control.
